Mrs. Elliot is married to HHS Principal Brad Elliot. She is a graduate of Bishop McNamara High School. She is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Masters from Olivet Nazarene University.

Mrs. Ortman is a graduate of Eastridge High School in Kankakee. Mrs. Ortman came to work for Herscher CUSD#2 in 1994 as a library clerk at Limestone Grade School. She moved to Bonfield Grade school with the change to grade centers in 2013-2014.
